National Sculpture Society Winner
I competed once again in the annual National Sculpture Society's figure modeling competition. It took place in June of this year at Lyme Academy in Old Lyme, Connecticut. I took first place for the second year in a row. They give us five days to sculpt from a live model to best of our abilities. It was just fun to compete and participate with other great sculptors from other parts of the country.
Introducing the new blog....
I have now entered the blogosphere... I know, I'm from a rural town in Idaho so I'm usually at least a decade behind in the world of technology. This blog is intended to allow clients, collectors, friends and family to know what I'm up to in the art world. To see most of my artwork go to my website www.benhammondfineart.com
So enjoy.
